He is fully involved within all aspects of property investment in Leipzig. Alongside his work for internation investors, Paul also is the managing director of a company that supplies the domestic German market with both rental and property for sale in Leipzig - Immobeat

James Kirkman

James is our man in Berlin - another active investor in German property. Although based in the UK, James is regularly on the ground in both Berlin and Leipzig. His market knowledge of Berlin's many regions and identification of both high yielding apartments and larger residential investments is vast.
