Bank Accounts

We can carry out all the administration associated with opening a German bank account by e-mail, offering you a very convenient service. From start to finish, the process usually takes around 1 week.

Finance

We will put together your case for finance including all your personal documentation and the documentation associated with the object property. We will give you feedback at every stage and the complete process should take around 4-6 weeks. The comprehensive survey is carried out as part of the application. The banks usually make an arrangement fee of 1% and typical loan rates are around 4%-4.5%, fixed for between 5-20 years. Loan to value (LTV) ranges from 70-85% depending on the property and client status.
